Peltea de portocale
Ingrediente pentru Peltea de portocale:
- 1/2 kg mere
- 1/2 litru apa
- 8-10 portocale
- 1 kg zahar
- coaja de la o portocale
Mod de preparare Peltea de portocale :
Spalam merele si le taiem in bucati mai mici , impreuna cu cotoarele si casutele cu seminte . Punem apa peste mere si fierbem pana se inmoaie bine merele si zeama scade cam la jumatate(trebuie sa ramana o cana ). Scurgem merele , presand usor cu o lingura si pastram zeama .Spalam bine portocalele , radem coaja de la una si stoarcem zeama . Trebuie sa obtinem 3 cani de zeama .
Amestecam zeama de la mere , zeama de portocale si zaharul . Punem amestecul la foc iute . Adunam spuma formata . Lasam pelteaua la fiert pana se leaga bine ( eu am lasat-o putin mai moale ).Cu 5 minute inainte de a opri focul punem coaja de portocala .
Punem pelteaua fierbinte in borcanele sterilizate si punem capacele . Acoperim borcanele cu prosoape si le lasam pana a doua zi .
